PE/PP Extrusion Laminating Machine For Anti-rust Paper
This extrusion coating and laminating machine is independently designed and manufactured for the production of anti-rust paper. The equipment adopts a friendly human-machine interface operation. It is mainly composed of two sets of unwinding systems, one set of flexographic printing system (2 colors), one set of coating system, one set of drying system, one set of extrusion system, one set of forming (traction) system, one set of cold ironing device, and one set of winding system. The main frame adopts a steel plate structure, the main wall panels are processed by imported large-scale machining centers, and small parts are processed by imported small machining centers to ensure high precision and high stability. The winding system adopts a robot to automatically cut, splice and change rolls without slowing down.

Laminating system
1. Barrel rod: φ120mm, aspect ratio: 35:1, material: base material is made of high-quality alloy steel (SACM645), the inner hole of the barrel is centrifugally cast, the base material is made of nickel-based alloy, the thickness of one side is about 2.5~3mm, the surface of the screw is sprayed with tungsten carbide alloy, the thickness of one side is about 1.5~2mm, with a special mixing section, good mixing effect, large discharge volume (new structure), more uniform plasticization, fewer crystal points, back pressure, melt temperature display, plate-type fast screen change device;
