The equipment integrates base paper unwinding, PP hot melt laminating, texture embossing, cooling and shaping, and automatic winding, and is specially designed for artificial leather pattern transfer. By adjusting the extrusion temperature and tension system, it can achieve uniform coating of 20~30μm film, and support the replacement of multiple embossing patterns to meet the needs of different leather pattern transfer. It is an important supporting equipment for various synthetic leather manufacturers.

1. 12. Unwinding system (single station)
(A) Single-station unwinding frame, the wall panel is cut from an integral steel plate and processed by a CNC machining center. It is stable, reliable and has high precision. The entire unwinding frame is installed on a linear guide rail with high deviation correction sensitivity and good reliability;
(B) Unwinding method : 3" air-expandable unwinding shaft; to facilitate winding and avoid product contamination, an air-top reel locking device is used;
(C) The unwinding tension adopts closed-loop tension; the magnetic powder brake is automatically controlled by a domestic controller;
(D) The unwinding correction system (LPC) adopts an ultrasonic correction device, and the correction stroke is ±0.5mm;
(E) The maximum unwinding diameter: φ1100;

13. Rewinding system
(A) Independent tower-type double-arm double-station rotary frame;
(B) The double rewinding shafts are independently and actively rewound by two AC vector motors;
(C) Swing roller tension detection system and floating roller stabilization system;
(D) Siemens PLC The closed-loop tension control of the module can produce zero tension control, and it can have stable output regardless of low speed or high speed;
