HLM100-2400 Extrusion Coating Lamination Machine with Paper Non-Woven PP-Woven Plastic


I. Description
The HLM120-2400 nonwoven coating lamination machine melts plastic granules (such as PE, PP, etc.) and laminates them onto the surface of nonwoven fabric, imparting properties like waterproofing, moisture resistance, and enhanced strength, significantly expanding the product's application range.  

This product is suitable for medical protection, packaging, hygiene products, furniture and daily-use items, agriculture and horticulture, industrial applications, creative products, and more.  

The unwinding and rewinding processes utilize advanced vector frequency conversion technology for high-speed, non-decelerating automatic roll change and cutting. The entire machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC with human-machine interface operation.
